The problem
Open with the situation you walked into. What was broken, missing, or slower than it should have been? One short paragraph is usually enough — resist the urge to write the whole history.
What I did
Then the work itself. Concrete beats abstract: the decision you made, the thing you shipped, the constraint you designed around.

- A trade-off you chose deliberately
- A detail you are quietly proud of
A pull quote is a good way to break up a long case study.
Outcome
Close with what changed. Numbers if you have them, an honest qualitative note if you do not.
